About ScotLearn Adventure
Built by an 11-year-old. This website is being developed by a Scottish primary school pupil, with support from his dad. The features, the subjects and the fun facts are designed by a kid who likes learning — which is why it looks like a game rather than a textbook.
Security by Dad. The security side is handled by his father: database encryption, GDPR and PII compliance, and keeping the whole thing safe for other children to use.
Privacy first. As little data as possible is stored. The site can be used completely anonymously, and adding a recovery email is entirely optional.
What we do not claim. ScotLearn Adventure is designed around Scotland's Curriculum for Excellence, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or reviewed by Education Scotland, any local authority or any school. There are no accreditations, and we will not pretend otherwise.
It is free, and there are no adverts. That is not a trial — it is just how it is.
